The meta-model can be used to help me better understand a clients self perceptions and almost certainly to loosen up and create conditions for change.
The meta-model is not restricted to therapy, it is a wonderful performance coaching tool as well as a really good way to collect hight quality information BEFORE any intervention is attempted.
